About Essays

The essays below stand alone. Most were written in a different time, motivated by a curiosity of What If this were true, and if so, what would that mean? None were published or distributed other than to family or perhaps a few like-minded friends. They were written by me, to me, as a reminder of what I think that I think.

As Maureen used to say, "Terry doesn't know what he's thinking until he reads what he writes." She was being funny, but it’s true enough. When subject matter is personally interesting, complex, or confusing, I tend to organize my thoughts by writing. The problem with sharing these mental musings is that the reader may conclude I consider myself some kind of authority. When I was merely trying to work out what I consider is correct and preserve it for reference.

Most of the essays and mental musings prepared over time are gone. Multiple writings on the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Knights Templar, the Nag Hammadi transcripts, Egyptian Timelines and Chronologies, Gnostic Gospels, the Ark of the Covenant, the Ethiopian Bible, and Mesoamerican Archeological writings have disappeared. Most of my histories, journaling, and essays, were seized by government agents and eventually destroyed. Nothing was ever returned. Some writings survived on the drives of other computers. Those that survived are presented below.
